On tap at Spinnakers, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with black tea - smells like an iced black tea in fact. Flavour is loaded with bergamot and other black tea-like notes, with the classic English malt backbone still apparent. This is quite nice.

On tap at Spinnakers, pours a hazy faded peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright raspberries upfront, with a dry apple backbone. Flavour is bone dry, with less of the raspberries than the nose suggests - it's mostly just bone dry apples, with a slight trace of tart raspberries. Not a whole lot of depth, but it's clean and highly drinkable.

On tap at Spinnakers, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white Hearn. Aroma reveals tart green apples, with lots of apple core showcasing. Flavour is even more pungent on the apple core, with little else to speak of. Plenty of acidity on the finish, with a bone dry mouthfeel. Puckering. A little too much apple core.

On tap at Spinnakers, pours a very cloudy dull yellow with almost no head. Aroma brings out subdued pear, some pulp, and a muffled, earthy character. Flavour has more clarify, with bright pears, lots of the skins, a little pulp, and some earthy notes. Very low residual sweetness. Nice use of the pears, I must say.

On tap at Spinnakers, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out white wine barrels and gentle wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with grape must, white wine barrels, and a touch of wild yeast. A bit chaotic and uncoordinated, but it works.
