Bang on. Elderflower rushes through the nostrils, light round fruity background. Mild and fruity start, mineralic, dries up a little and offer soft bitterness in the finish. Perfect summer beer. ?

RB backlog. Grape, grains, esthery yeast, cardboard. Low sweetness, tart, medium bitterness. Weird dusty dry finish on a slick, watery body with soft carbonation.

RB backlog. Needs a bit more carbonation, different aromas are kinda mushy. It is clear what they're going for though. Maybe just not my cup of tea. True "Weihnachtsbier"!

330 ml bottle, bb 02/2019, shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Copper, clear body, with a small, light beige head.
Aroma of resin, citrus, hay, flowers, caramel, grass, honey.
Tastes quite similar, with some berries.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes smooth, a bit dry, moderate sweet, floral, grainy, a bit citric, a bit resinous, with some honey, some sweet fruits.

Very nice. Really smooth to drink, with some creamy character and the sweet, grainy and hoppy notes very well balanced. Characterful and quaffable, very good style example.

Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 15
