16 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold pour. Frothy white head. Biscuity wheat malt nose hints at hay and clover. Flavor is light wheat malt, like Wonder bread. Soft and supple with grainy, honeyish notes. Lightly hopped to bring out notes of peach, apricot and lime. Very delicate and easy drinking.

Draught at Wingcraft, 8/18/21.
Good clarity in this strongly brassy-golden beer. White head is small, but pretty dense and well-retained.
Soft vanilla and honey-like sweetness with a warm, brown sugar porridge character. Leafy/floral bitterness is light and the nose is clean and free of alcohol.
Sweet and round in the mouth with an almost thick, malty texture that certainly has a creaminess to it. Vanilla is not overdone, though I think the beer as a whole could benefit from a little more dryness or balancing hop bitterness. As it is, however, it's well-executed and clean for what it is, albeit very simple.

Draught at Wingcraft, 8/18/21.
Mildly hazy, apricot-golden with a small, white head that quickly recedes.
Nose is understated, for sure. Light lemon, nectarine and pomelo mix with lightly sweet honey-like malts. Some mineral character, or musty basement, perhaps, eventually reveals itself to be light diacetyl, I believe.
Good texture with strong dryness but still a supportive, maltiness adding white bread and honey. Green citrus fruits, pomelo and light apricot are all quite delicate, but still a bit thin/fleeting. Some deeper juiciness would really aid this beer greatly. With warming, buttercream-like diacetyl emerges, not really ruining the beer, thankfully, but certainly not helping it.
