Buying this beer from the pam, Haute-Nendaz. Opening this bottle, on saturday, coming back from Vevey for the birthday of my daughter. Light and tasty milky stout, a way to brew not so common in our country, some roasted malt, a bit milky, side of vanilla, 06.02.23.

330ml bottle, bought from the brewer @ Clairmarais collab fest Feb 26. Pours a generally clear gold, medium sized white head. Nice enough I suppose, prominent grapefruit hop with a good bitterness.

And now I have the Rainbow theme tune in my head 🌈 330ml bottle from the Fete des Bieres de Collab, Clairmarais. Pours black, moderate sized cream-coloured head. Confident liquorice start, some roast, dark chocolate hints.. not much milky lactose, but still very decent..
