Gravity cask stillage at the Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, Hackney on 4th December 2019. Gold with shallow, loose off-white foam and travelling lace. Deep pungent earthy aroma. Richly nutty and malty in-mouth, with a strong, solid bitter finish. Zingy mouthfeel and medium body. Superb.

Third, gravicask at Swindon's 33rd Annual Beer Festival. Shared with Finn. Bubbly head to a clear golden body, faint lacing. Moderate ripe citrus nose. Citrus flavours with lemon up front, balanced with a twist of caramel malts. Rounded bittersweet end. Clean on the swallow. fair enough. (26.10.2019).

Third, cask at Crosse Keys (JDW). Shared with Finn. Clear golden-brown body, scattered lacing, almost naked at the top. Lightly roasted malt-fruity aromas. Blended taste of caramel malts and jam-like fruits. Smooth bittersweet end. Satisfying. (City, London 19.10.2019).
