330mml. bottle. Tasted on the 21/07/2018 at "Castelao". Clear yellow to amber color with a medium off-white head. Aroma is grains, bread, yeast and spices. Taste is spices, grains, bread, orange, malts and some coriander. Finish is slightly bitter. Medium to high carbonation and body. Next one please!

330mml. bottle. Tasted on the 21/07/2018 at "Castelao". Hazy ruby color with a medium white head. Aroma is caramel malts, raisins, dark berry and some toffee. Taste is intense caramel malts, raisins, cola, nuts and some toffee. Finish is sweet with a touch of cola and plums. Medium carbonation. Next one please!

Gekocht op 8-06-2018 in de Delhaize van Lebbeke. En thuis geproefd op 12-08-2018. Waterloo Recolte is een troebel en blond biertje dat een normale hoeveelheid schuim aanmaakt in een dik wollige structuur. Zeer weinig CO2 activiteit te zien, slecht enkele zeer fijne belletjes zijn te zien. Het blijft sterk aan de glaswand kleven maar na een tijdje is het ineengezakt tot een fijn laagje met wat grove bellen erbij. Het aroma is wat zurig, zeer licht hopbitter met wat citrus en tarwemout. De smaak is zeer licht bitter, wat zoetig met citrus, tarwemout een koriandertoets en een zeer licht zuurtje. In de mond voel je slechts een medium body, hij is niet droog en geeft een volmondige textuur met een medium koolzuurprikkel. Toch een harmonieus biertje. De nasmaak vloeit uit, is bitterig en zoetig, met wat citrus, tarwemout en koriander. Het lijkt ergens wat op een witteke, dus een goede fris te drinken doordrinker. Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy copper pour, one finger frothy slightly off-white head. Excellent retention, long lasting, leaving lots of thick lacing on the glass. Nose is yeasty and herbal with pretty good grassy hop character. Medium body, high carbonation. Fizzy mouthfeel, average texture. Bittersweet taste with notable alcohol kick. Warming. Aroma of belgian yeast, malt, grassy hops. Slight breadiness in the background. Herbal spiciness, touch of lime. Boozy, a bit dry. Long finish, mild bitter with lingering alcohol burn. Overall, decent tripel. Average, true, but nothing really wrong with it. Good.

On a tasting tray in Brugge, Bourgogne des Flandres on 16th May 2016. Weak white head on a misty golden body. Light banana and wheat esters in the nose, fairly sweet taste with again some banana and wheat presence.

Tap at Bourgogne des Flandres. Hazy straw with white head. Slightly floral and spicy with bubblegum, wheat bread and orange peel. Nothing out of the ordinary, but nice to drink.
