Pale pink head, dense, over ruby, clear, big-bubbled beer. Syrupy nose, childrens’ cherry sweets, cherrylaurel (as in medicinal preparations), bay leaf. Again this cherrylaurel flavour/retronasal aroma, if seriously diluted compared to cough syrups. Way too artificial by half for a kriek, the fruit is far away. Some caramel. Bit sticky, leaving a film on the mucosae. Feels better carbonated than it looks. Medium bodied. Again such a one. AND WHERE THE F*** IS IT BREWED? 5/4/3/2/8

Bottle. Foggy chestnut brown ale with ruby highlights. Small ivory head. Some lacing present. The aroma is brown sugar, candy, esters. Medium body. Medium sweet taste. Dark malts. Prune. A hint of licorice. Brown sugar. Low to light bitterness. Well hidden ABV. Very decent.

Bottle from a Carrefour in Bruges. Pours cloudy yellow with a minimal white head. The aroma contains wheat, yeast, citrus and bread. It tastes light sweet and light to medium bitter, dry finish. Fizzy carbonation, light body, watery texture. Generic aroma, weak palate, nothing new here.

Botella, 02/06/17. BBD: 10/10/18. Color marrón oscuro espuma beige, aromas a maltas notas a pasas sabor dulce caramelo cuerpo sedoso. Agradable.

Bottle - Vintage old? - Light sweet caramel and raisin. Cloudy dark brown with a decent white head. Caramel, touch of cardboard and sweetness. Nice.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours clear brown. Aroma is residual malts, caramel, nuts, light corn and vegetables. Body is medium, dominantly sweet, with a soft carbonation. Sugar, caramel, diabetes. Palate is sweet but flavourless. Okay.

F: medium size, snow-white, average retention. C: yellow, hazy. A: malt, wheat, coriander, yeasty, spicy, floral. T: malt, wheat, coriander, light orange peels, spicy, light to medium body, medium carbonation, I see only rates from tap here but I have found this in two different supermarkets so probably started to bottled it, good refreshing but like many others here in Belgium, nothing memorable, 33cl bottle from Match supermarket in Woluwe shopping centre in Brussels.
