Aroma of light malt; no corn. Gold color with a decent white head. Sweetish malt without much hop. Still it went down pretty well after a tiring day of too many steps. One of the best low alcohols I’ve had.

Can. It pours an unsurprising clear, quite pale golden body, with only a thin lid of white bubbles on top. It’s fruity on the nose, but weak, and there’s also a little grainyness. The same problem goes for the flavor, it’s weak, grainy and fruity, lacking a lot on bitterness, but it feels fresh, it’s refreshing and quenching, and easy to drink. Not much carbonation, but a lot of water. Boring and uninteresting, but drinkable. (080521)

[330ml bottle from Tesco’s Reading] Strong smell of malt. Initial taste is unusually strong of malt for a lager, before a big kick of bitter hops which don’t really go with the malt (a sweeter taste would be better). Excessively fizzy - feels like having pins & needles in the roof of your mouth, and REALLY makes you burp (pardon me!). Aftertaste is rather bitter, but swiftly mellows back to the maltness and the flavour quickly dissipates altogether. Quite interesting for a lager, this one.

66 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Light cornish and grainy aroma. Flavour is bland cardboard and mild malty. Bland malty finish.

Clear golden with huge white head. Sweet fruityt aroma with malty notes. Sweet flavor with citrus and malty notes. Ends light bitter. Rather refreshing.

250ml bottle. The noisy pour brings a clear, golden body under a fast disappearing white head. Sherbet citric aroma, slightly sour. Notes of cereal sweetness in taste with a cardboard touch - still more prominent cardboard flavour as it warms up. Lively carbonated. Easy to forget (thanks to Ross, 11.04.2008).

Nichtssagender Geruch. Absoluter Wassergeschmack, im Mittelteil ebenfalls nichts, spät kommt ein leichter Mais-Touch, ebenso leicht getreidig. Pappig. Weniger Aroma geht nicht. Test vom 24.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 5,3,3,3,4,3 - 3,25
