This head disappears fast leaving this very pale beer looking a bit unappetising. Almost no aroma. Almost no flavour. This beer’s only plus point is it’s fresh, clean taste. You would struggle to find an easier drinking beer than this. A shame it lacks elsewhere.

I bought this thinking I was buying the original Peroni, it is not. NA here does not stand for non-alcoholic. Green 12 oz bottle and when you pop the top you get a big intense sharp cooked cabbage variety plant aroma. Once poured the smell cleans up a bit into a more attractive olfactory sensation. Pale yellow ubiquitous american lager beer appearance. A fresh biting taste that is not offensive. Not too sure if this should be a premium. Very good tingly carbonation. An interesting industrial appeal builds on the back sides of your tongue. Have not tasted many premium lagers but the ones I have sampled are just a little less enjoyable than regular pale lagers. This one is the better tasting of the half dozen I’ve had. Better than Saranac Traditional Lager and Samuel Adams Boston Lager. The finish is kind and exciting at the same time; enjoyable and friendly. However, there is that hint of bitter industrialism back there that hangs for a moment or two after the last gulp.

33 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with a chalk white head. Aroma is hay, grass, cardboard and a bit dusty. Flavour is soft malty, slight sweet and a subdued bitterness. Finish is soft bitter-sweet, tart banana flavoured. Welltasting despite the pale look and the aroma.

Came highly recommended at my local pub. I’m beginning to think they are idiots. Peroni has absolutely no character at all. It doesn’t taste bad, but it really doesn’t have a taste. More bland even than most American beers.

Small white head quickly disappears. Very pale yellow body. Light perfumy hop aroma, with notes of alcohol. Soft malty taste. Chalky mouthfeel. Carbonation in the mouth. Dry nothing aftertaste. Not bad, but wholly pointless. (0.33l bottle.)
