Bottle 33cl. from Vico Food Box @home poured into a shaker. Clear medium amber colour, good creamy white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, caramel, honey, hay.
Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, bread, brown sugar. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, short sweetbitter aftertaste, sugary notes, okay.

Average beer, better than the mediocre orginal version. The beginning was better with smooth notes of honey, malty, bready but after it was becoming more sweet and metalic giving an unpleasant side of the beer. You get notes of malt, classica hop, 28.04.2020, ipercoop Crevoladossola, drinking at Epalinges.

Today is Liberation Day in Italy, its 80th anniversary from the de facto day the Resistance movement ousted the Nazis from the country, so an Italian beer seems quite apt. Not the worst 'bock', but there's better. Soft textured for its strength, yeasts, some paler sweet malts.

Old rating from 2010 - 330ml bottle. Pours at home in Jersey, it's amber colour with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of grain, bread, pepper & malt. Medium body. Mildly bitter finish.

0.5 l bottle in Naples. Clear yellow pour, white head. Sweet malty-honey bock with light to medium body and not that bad but too sweet for me
