45cl Fles van Conad, gedronken in Sant’Alfio, Sicilië. Gekocht vanwege het spuuglelijke flesje. Licht mistig, lichtgouden kleur, witte kraag. Licht moutig, hint van bloem, hint van citroenrasp, lichtbittere finish. Lichte body. Degelijk, niet-aanstootgevend bier. Eigenlijk dikke prima in de lentezon.

Bottle, 0.45l. Clear golden pour, two finger frothy white head, good retention, sticky lacing on the glass. Generic on the nose, sweet and malty, grass, grains, corn.
Light body, soft carbonation. Watery mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, fizzy, bland. Sweet taste balanced with mild bitter notes. Bland and watery aroma, malt, grains, grass, corn. As generic as it gets. Nothing to write home about really. No finish to speak of.

330ml can from Tesco Extra in Chesterfield - Hazy yellow body with a thick foam. Big lemony nose, taste is lemon meringue, sharp lemonade tang at the back. Actually quite nice and refreshing and actually more palatable than normal Peroni.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cler golden with a dense and lacing, white head. Dry nose with a hint of both malt and flowery hops. Light body, quite fizzy, an odd perfumy note with little bitterness. Quite drinkable though. 140426

330ml bottle from Noz. Getting me in the spirit of our Italy trip in a week or so 🇮🇹 Pours a lightly misty gold, but generally clear, white head. Better than standard peroni in my view, a touch more cereal malt.

Backlog March 2009. Very pale golden body under a small white head. Light grainy aroma. Taste is weak, almost watery with corn and grain. Some unpleasant taste of cooked vegetables as well.

flavor is artificial lemond sort of like hand wash or detergent with lemon aroma, a bit of a sweet malty balance, some lemon peel like bitterness.
