On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours almost black with minimal tan head and good lacing. There’s roast malts in the aroma plus hints of oats and vanilla. In the mouth it is slightly sweet with roasted malts prominent together with coffee and oats and traces of cola and root beer. A little bitterness creeps in later on, leading to a slightly fruity finish, This is decent.
