New rating at Bottle at Winterbierfestival, Gouda, 2009: Much better brew this year, amber colour with coriander, ginger spices added and thats give a well balanced sweetness. Bottle at PRZH, Winterbierfestival, Gouda: Not so interisting beer some sweet, some bitternesh, some other things.

Bottle 0,3ltr: Hazy brown coloured brew with an somekind of middle of the road taste. Not to sweet, not to bitter, not to dry. Just with an fine roasted malts taste, just a plain bockbier.

Bottled. Hazy ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, some toffee, caramel and mild alcohol as well as some spicy notes. Flavour is caramel, chocolate, some herbal and mild toasted notes. A bit thin in the palate, yet there's a slight alcohol edge to it.

Bottle.Color: Hazy reddish amber, firm yellowish beige head. Aroma: Wheat malt, herbal and yeasty notes. Taste: Refreshing, wheat malt, moderate sweet, light hopbitterness, going to moderate bitterness towards the finish and even slightly over moderate bitter palate at the dry-ish finish. Herbal and yeasty notes, citrus hints. Quite nice.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy murky reddish-brown amber, thin off-hite head. Aroma: Malty, raisins, caramel. Taste: Malty, smooth mouthfeel, caramel, raisins, notes of dark fruit, herbal notes, some candy sugar. Over moderate sweet, light bitterness. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Boozy notes. Quite nice.
