Description
Wij hebben een kleine brouwerij met een leuk proeflokaal in Heukelum, Gelderland. Deze stad ligt op de grens van Zuid Holland, Gelderland en Utrecht. Centraal in Nederland, maar verwijderd van de drukte.
Bierbrouwerij 't Kuipertje is begonnen in 1987 door Frits Kuiper. Het eerste bier werd gebrouwen op 1 februari 1988. Sinds 1 januari 2000 werd Henk Kuiper, de zoon van Frits, deelgenoot van de brouwerij. Ook zijn vrouw Dio steekt haar handen uit de mouwen. Per 1 januari 2002 verliet Frits Kuiper de brouwerij, waarna Henk de scepter zwaaide.

0.33 l bottle at RBBWG 2016 in Antwerpen, best before October 2015. Hazy, golden amber with a white head. Sweetish-malty, yeasty aroma of clove, vanilla, honey, and some citrus. Sweetish-malty, yeasty taste of vanilla, honey and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel. Not good.

Thank you for sharing Benzai! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBWG V. BBF 10.2015. Quite hazy citrus, little bubbles. Nose is yeasty awful unpleasant perfume & chemical lemon. Taste & body is fizzy moldy perfume, spoiled lemon, herbal, industrial, fizzy, chemical. Pretty dreadful to be honest.

Clear orange beer, small to no head. Aroma: sweet, sugary, alcohol, yeast, almonds. MF: ok carbon, medium body., some alcohol noticeable. Taste: bit sweet, lots of yeast, banana, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: yeast, alcohol, pretty bitter, some citrus.

Sampled @ Ratebeer Belgian Winter Gathering 2016. Clear yellow golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is malts, wheat, grains lightly, a bit sweetish. Taste lightly malts, sweetish, lightly hay. Ok body and carbonation.

Sampled @ Pint Winterbierfestival Gouda, 2016. Hazy orange color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste wheat, malts, sweetness, slight herbs or spices, yeast, slightly bitter finish. Thin texture, average body and carbonation. Meh. Like a thin spiced Christmas beer.

From bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda 2016. Clear, golden amber. Sweetish-malty, slightly spicy aroma of caramel, nuts, brown sugar and coriander. Sweetish, malty-spicy taste of caramel, brown sugar, nuts and coriander, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, spicy, harsh finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, flat. Okay.

From bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda 2016. Minimally hazy, golden amber. Sweetish-malty, slightly sourish, spicy aroma of banana, peach, some yeast and clove. Sweetish, slightly sourish, yeasty-spicy taste of banana, cloves, peach, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
