Bottle sample @ RBBWG 2016, thanks Jeff. BB 12/2015. Dorée, col blanc. Profil typiquement belge, retrouve un fruité noble et légèrement fleuri. Râpeux en fin de bouche, amertume métallique, pils, pâle, belge.

Sweetish-malty, yeasty taste of vanilla, honey and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel. Not good.

Cloudy golden color, medium frothy lasting head. Aroma is bit gueuze sour, spicy, hint of lactic maybe indeed. Taste is sweet, belgian white-like, bit spicy. Still refrshing, also a bit sour. Refreshing lasting bit sticky palate. I think jbrus drank this beer in the wrong time of the year, fall or winter. This blondie is actually delicious on a day like this, 30 degrees outside, sunny. Give me more!
