Cask. Amber beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and light malt flavor with light vinegar. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and light malt linger. Would have been a great one if it was just a bit fresher.

Tight off white head left a spotty cover on a dark golden still body. Fruity aroma with American hops, pine & citrus. Medium bodied, lively with a sharp back. Pine, citrus, grapefruit, pithy fruit & over ripe fruit tastes with a bitter finish. Good West Coast style!

Bottle from This Is Beer. Appearance - cloudy amber. Nose - toffee and brown bread. Taste - exactly as per the nose. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy texture. Very sweet finish. Overall - too sweet for the style. Need some more biscuit bitterness coming through.
