Bottle. An unclear, dark golden beer topped by a small, white head. Citrusy, piney aroma with some caramel maltyness. Some peaches and pineapple too. It’s lightly bitter on the palate, pleasantly carbonated and with a maltyness in the back. Peaches, citrus peel and pine cones too. Some bitterness in the finish. Overall, a decent one, better than the Foundation 11 pale ale at least, but I’m not impressed in any way. 140418

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden body under a small, dense, white head. Quite boring aroma with some yeast and caramel, and some fruityness. It’s fruity and lightly citrusy and piney in the flavor, with some bitterness. Not much maltyness either. Medium body with a pleasant carbonation level. Short fruity finish with a drying bitterness. Well, I’m certainly not impressed. 140418

Aroma is rather hoppy and somewhat sweet with caramel and exotic fruits. Flavour has fruits, some woody tones, hints of grapefruit and fruit candy. Finishes with some unpleasant cardboard tones. Also a lemonade-like feeling here. Aroma was very promising, but flavour is just an average low-abv IPA.

Bottled. Near black, coarse head. Peppery nose with pear and licorice. Mid sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel, Coffee, slivovic, chocolate. Peppery finish with medium bitterness.
