0,33 l bottle bought at Bierzwerg bottle shop, Greven. Unclear pale orange in the glass, small white head. Like a witbeer on the nose. Taste starts with yeast and banana, sweetness. Some wheat and coriander. Later a little bit more pale malt. Low chewing gum and some herbs in the late aftertaste. Fortunately not the expected medical herbal hammer. Not bad.

Bottle. Cloudy try-yellow, low white head. Light dusty herbal base notes, citrus, elderflowers, a bit grainy/mealy malt, sweet sugary notes, metallic grassy notes. Medium light, mellow, dry. I enjoy the rough fruity/flowery notes on grain, but it is a bit muddled.

0.33 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before November 2016. Minimally hazy, pale straw yellow with a medium large, dense, slowly diminishing, white head. Fruity-grassy, floral and slightly herbal aroma of lemon balm, peppermint, ginger and hints of juniper. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity, floral-herbal taste of lemon balm, peppermint, ginger and dandelion, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-herbal finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Well-balanced, refreshing and easily drinkable with an interesting but not overwhelming herbal-spicy note. Could be a bit more intense overall.
