Distinct initial smell that almost comes off meaty. Bit umami. Like pork belly. Pours slightly hazy golden with ok head. More umami on the finish. Is that spelt?? I dunno what's going on here but it's not unpleasant. Tap at Norfolk taproom. Ah wait it's the onions. Ok ya. Bagels.

Very dry WCIPA, herbal and pungent, with a smattering of grapefruit zest and tropical notes offset by a underlying earthiness and bitter pine on the finish. Bitterness clings to the palate long into the fade. Nice pint.
