Poured from 750mL bottle. Opaque copper brown with small off-white head. Fairly tart sour notes, but the oak cuts through it a bit softening it. Still verging on acetic. Decent.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is complex, with lots of musty red grape skins, wild yeast, and subdued oak. Flavour is fairly tart and acidic, but in balance, with plenty of wild yeast, sour red grapes, and subdued oak. Very tart, a bit too much, but there's a good complexity to this and a thick palate that causes a long aftertaste. Good, even if a bit harsh.

Dullish colour. Sort of a pale brown colour. This is fairly acetic, deep fruity sourness. The wood is strong in the finish. I imagine it's the grapes lending some sweetness, but there's not actually that much sweetness. This is acidic. Not bad, but probably could stand to have more complexity.

Draught@Beer Hunter's Pori. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, some berries, mild wood, zest and some toasted malty tones. Flavour is zest, some berries, citrus, mild wood and some herbal tones. Not that much to do with a Bitter, but still a refreshing beer.
