Boks hos Ole Anders mai-13: eneste interessante med denne er at den kommer fra Kamputsja. Noe av det tynneste jeg har smakt, sine 5% til tross.

Canned 330ml. -Yellow coloured, medium sized white head that went away fast, just few tiny bubbles of carbonation, mild bready nose. Weak malty, bready and hay with sweetish watery finish. No trace of this 6%ABV.

Rather restrained. Gift from friend. Aroma is a faint but pleasant maltiness. I did not detect much hoppiness in the aroma, rather a chocolate note. More chocolate notes in the flavour, with ’n bietjie toffee. Malty finish

18/X/2012 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: n/a (2012-1146) Thanks to Thomas and Annelies for the bottle!

Clear dark brown beer, big creamy beige to brown head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, sugary, lots of overripe fruits, some banana, chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sour in the start, roasted malts, toast, some chocolate, sweet, caramel. Aftertaste: chocolate, mocha, cocoa powder, dry bitte rhoppy ending. If I were a Cambodian, this'd be my session beer. Or maybe the Black Panther, that one was pretty good as well...

Black colour with an beige head. Coffee and roasted malt aroma. Rich coffee flavour. Also roasted malt and some vanilla. Very well hidden alcohol. And i really like the name: Foreign extra premium stout!

33cl bottle at The Roll Up in Siem Reap. Pours dark brown with a nice light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt with a hint of caramel. Quite sweet and not much bitterness, but still pretty nice in this corner of the world. (2012-05-02)

Draft in Phnom Penh. Light golden with a small white head. Light sweet malt with corn and hints of cooked vegetables, fruit and hops. Quite sweet and watery, but went down easy in the heat. (2012-04-29)

33cl can (8%) in Siem Reap. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel and alcohol with hints of spices and liquorice. Sweet with a hint of bitterness in the finish. Drinkable, and better than most beers from Cambodia, but a bit disappointing. (2012-05-03) --- Beer merged from original tick of Black Panther Stout on 03 May 2012 at 15:20 - Score: 7
