Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Golden, orange. Nose is elderflower, vinegar, fine sour flowers. Taste is elderflower funk, lovely vinegar, acidic, faint plaster, puckering wild flowers,… Body is elderflower & plastic. Tasty elderflower funk, Rocket Brewing is more miss than hit for me but this is great.

Little cloudy pale orange beer, creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: really nasty, smoky stuff, herbal, faeces, really bad... MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, nasty, dirty, smoky, really weird.

7 3 7 3 15 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Light hazy golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma of big elderflower with citrus and a touch of funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
