Somos una marca de craft beer con base en Zamudio (Bizkaia).
Desde 2012 llevamos dándole vueltas al coco y al fermentador para crear cervezas con personalidad, hechas con técnica, cariño y la dosis justa de inconsciencia creativa.
Trabajamos solo con ingredientes top y afinamos cada receta hasta encontrar ese punto mágico que hace que cada birra tenga voz propia. Nada de copiar acordes: aquí todo suena original.
Nuestro universo gira alrededor de dos obsesiones muy serias: la cerveza y la música. Por eso cada creación lleva algo de ambas: ritmo, carácter y ganas de repetir.
Aquí la cerveza no solo se bebe, se vive desde dentro.

Fullish body, lots of oaty, med wheaty cereal. Hops where though? Really weak hops character, barely any to go around. Med bitter, low sweet. Actually reminds me of when you just mix malt with water, before conversion. That is what this tastes like.

Med bod, med-light carbo, needs more. Med-high bitter, light warmth, light sweet. Medium piney citrusy hops character. Classic feeling. Needs more bubbles though! The flavors are stuck in the liquid, let them go to me.

Lots of wheat and oats, fullish body. Lots of cereal flavor, med-light phenolic. Not even much hops to go around. Weird, feels rather like a funky wheat beer.

Weird. Only light haze, also med-thin bod and med-light carbo. The flavors are weizeny though. A bit too bubblegumy for BJCP, but it checks out in my book. Why not get the basic parameters right though?

Black with a tall beige head. Bold resin, dark malts, chocolate, caramel, citrus fruit. Medium to full body. Finish is bitter with dark chocolate, rugged pine bitterness and dark malts. A brash and enjoyable CDA.

Tap at Valhalla Prague. Misty golden-yellow body, thick off-white head. Heaps of lychee in the aroma. Bit rubbery lychee taste, sweetish if not too sweet, resinous, dryish towards the finish, not bitter really. Works, but not great.

Tap at Valhalla with Gurthnar. Hazy golden body, thick off-white head. Peachy and big citric aroma. Sweetish taste, lightly dusty sweet peachy notes, low citric touches, smooth. Okay, typical for the style, which is a bit tiring.
