On tap at Upright, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank, piney hops, with a touch of citrus. Flavour is dank and piney in reasonable amounts, with light citrus and just enough malt backbone. Very drinkable, by the books, but competent.

On tap at Upright, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is intense on the foeder, with tons of wood and very aggressive brett. Flavour is very bretty, with lots of funky, bretty bugginess, accentuated by the bone dry woodiness. Buggy, woody, with just a touch of fruitiness. Excellent.

On tap at Upright, pours a hazy dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma is salty and vinous, with a nice wine character, gentle coriander and saline. Flavour is robust, with lots of nice salty saline and wine barrel; not much honey other than a slight fermented out honey character. Salty, vinous finish. Nicely done.

Drops bright and gold. I'�m told the ink drops out during maturation, and the last few pours of a keg are graphite colour. But this one is bright. Medium head. Pear, stone fruit sort of aroma. Tart, wheaty, slightly saline. Nice touch of umami, on a balanced, juicy gose.

It's hazy, especially when I poured the last bit, orange reddish, small head of foam but long lasting. Smells fruity, tart as hell, very very much Brettanomyces, which I really dig.
The taste almost lives up to the smell. Tart and funky, fruity, acetic, a wonderful American Wild Ale if I ever had one.
