Draught Very good, fine white head over clear metallic pale golden beer. Pale malts, just a hint of good hops, but also CO² penetrating in the nose. Pale malts once more, but a tad mineral. Some DMS? Light body, refreshing but nowhere empty. Definitely not far from the originals.

Draught Small white rim over slightly hazed pale yellow beer. Thai herbs - lemongrass, very aromatic. Again the Thai herbs, lemon, but with the flavour of lots of lactic and fruit acids. Puckering, lipsmacking acidity, but refreshing and light, acidthinning. Excellent summer beer.

Draught, coffebean Randallized Stable dark cream head over black beer. Pure coffee, nothing else. Coffee, dark malts, indeed with a mellowing from the oatmeal. Finish is very bitter from coffee, hops and resin. Good body and carbonation. Too vandalized - eeh, Randallized. Not a good idea, cfr the Préaris ditto.

Dark greige head, not stable; black beer. Cigar, chocolate, Islay malt, roast. Superb balance despite the different vectors: dry, chocolate, Islay whisky, hefty burn. Full bodied, but not thick; some alcoholthinning, just enough carbonation left. Excellent. Ticks all the boxes just right. Whatever its example was, the beer is an enrichment to the scene.

Draught at LMG. Hazy yellow with a thin head. Aroma is sour yeast. Flavour is lemon zest, dry sour back, lots of citrus, dry mouth tangy lemon finish. Very refreshing.
