Dark amber. Pours flat. This smells like raisins. On the palate, more raisins. Acetic notes, the raisiny sweetness counters this a bit, but it's still pretty acidic. Some barrels. Ok, it's actually pretty good, but unusual and doesn't necessarily hit for me.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark muddy rusted reddish brown with a tiny beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of dark red raisins, red grapes, and some oak. Flavour is perfumey, with lots of enamel-stripping balsamic, sour raisins, oak, and grape skins. Oaky, grape-y, and somewhat buggy. It's an odd one. Doesn't really work, but maybe it did upon release?

Foam draught, 8/12/22. Somewhat hazy, deep violet. Pink head to ring. Funky, heavy mineral with berry skin and light Brett. Very aromatic with huge black pepper phenols. Clean, with a juicy, rich fruitiness. Soft, juicy, fruity, very, very attenuated. A bit thin on that account. But great fruit flavors and clean with plentiful lactic acid and no acetic. Lingering fruit skin, Brett and tannin.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Tart and light citrus aroma with light oak. Tart/light sour flavor with dark fruit and light earth. Medium bodied. Tartness/light sourness lingers with dark fruit and light citrus.

On tap at The Beer Mongers, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is wonderfully complex, with lots of complex wild yeast, a big champagne character, oak, and vinous character. Flavour is massive, with loads of champagne, oak, vinous notes, and complex wild yeast. Wow, that's impressively complex; it has a vibrancy on the palate that few saisons/wild ales can accomplish. Wonderful.
