Bottle at Ungstrup’s. Pours slightly hazy orange amver with small off-white head. Clear aroma of citrus and hops with a subtle note of honey. Bitter, hoppy onset, giving way to sweet notes of malt and honey, ending dry. OK but is it a Premium Lager? It tastes more like a mixture of SHV and APA.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light caramelish. Bitter, toasted malty and caramelish. Mild fruity. Toasted and caramelish.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle thanks to the Dood! Labeled as Ctyat. Pours engine oil black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of bitter chocolate with a good amount of must and some boozy whiskey. Flavor has more sweetness from dark grains and chocolate with a musty whiskey note towards the finish. A bit muddled.

Sample at GABF 10/11/2012, thanks to Bluemeow76 for assistance with note-taking. Dark brown pour with a bit of amber around the edges and partial rings of lace. Aroma of bourbon and malt. Full and smooth body with flavors of oaky bourbon, vanilla and malt. The finish is moderately boozy with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.

Rackhouse Colorado Rare Beer Tasting. Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a small white head. Funky, bretty, lemon, light coconut aroma. Oaky, tart citrusy, vanilla flavor. Not bad.

Tap @ the Inaugural Boulder IPA Fest. Dark golden appearance with a cream colored head. Herbal, floral, a touch fruity aroma. Somewhat piney, floral, grapefruity flavor. Not bad.
