Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average to large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, malt extract, caramelized caramel - brown sugar, burnt brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sugary, alcohol, caramel, caramelized. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Clear blond beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: yeasty touch, bready, sweet malts, shortbread or biscuits, bit dirty, sewer smell. MF: soft carbon, light to medium body. Taste: some citrus, grains, little malty, slightly bitter and spicy, but not much. Aftertaste: citrus, little bitter. Pretty plain and straightforward. Wasn't much of a "Plezir" (pleasure) to drink this. Marketing guys: please die.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Clear dark copper colour with a firm and lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar, dried figs and prunes, and a touch of hazelnuts. Sweet fruity flavour with a touch of vanilla and strong alcohol

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours dark ruby amber with a creamy head on top. Aroma is sweet. Nuts, caramel and plum. Flavor is soap and chlorine. Quite a lot of alcohol.
