Bottle 330ml. @ [ PBF X ] Petalax Beer Festival 2015 by oh6gdx, Petalax, Finland. [ As Jessenhofke Schelpje ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, marzipan malt, pale malt, celery, grass - green grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, celery, yeast, green grass, silage, apple cider tart, green apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Somehow I didn’t rate this one. Good thing I have a spare bottle in my beercupboard. Clear yellow with a medium sized white head. Smells malts, slightly sour, fresh. Tastes malts, fresh, slightly yeasty. Medium body, nice crisp carbo.

Sampled from bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Lightly unclear amber color, small to average sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, lightly leaves, overripe fruits, some alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation. Drinkable.Earlier Rating: 4/6/2013 Total Score: 3.6Sampled from bottle @ WWT II. Original review text: Bottle @ tasting shared by Joes. Clear dark amber color, medium sized off-white to beige head that's quite bubbly and rough and diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, heavy iron and cherry stone. Flavor also has a bit sour tart-bitter cherry stone and overripe dark fruits. Not a huge amount of herbs or spices so that part I like about this winterbeer but overall I'm still not a fan.

Licht troebel lichtgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter hopppig en kruidig, iets van basilicum en oregano met zuur fruit. Aparte maar toch goede smaak. PMPRNL versie gedronken.

01/09/2015 @home - 33cl bottle from trade with tderoeck. Clear blonde, small head. Nose is a bit weak, some grains, hay. Taste is weak again, some hay, some spices. "Een beetje fLETS" like we would say in Dutch. What a pity because the taste is there but all to weak.

Bottled@PBF X. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is floral, some mild wooden and yeasty notes along with mild wheat. Flavour is floral, yeasty, mild spicy notes along with some caramel and yeast to it.

Donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht fruitig zuur. Verder nogal vlak en waterig, weinig "inhoud". Voor een tafelbier echter best goed.
