Sweet, syrupy and caramely with some toffee, burnt brown sugar, coffee, vanilla, coconut, nutty notes and hints of oakiness. Quite intense and sweet. Perhaps a bit past its prime.

Dark brown. No head. On the nose, this has a rich, sugary depth on the nose. There's a light fruitiness, but this is all sugars. On the palate, it's thick, rich, with a ton of sugars. There's also, predictably, a metric assload of coconut, and some coffee. The bourbon seems to cut in and out; I think that's a function of my palate picking up the sugars. Very intense, refined, excellent.

Dark brown. No head. This one’s got some fruitiness, especially from the cognac barrel, and also the base. On the palate, it’s rich, fruity, the cognac is the dominant barrel on this. There’s a little bit of juicy blackberry acidity on it. There’s still a lot of sugars - orc lord isn’t the richest of their stuff - and those sugars help to keep things balanced. The bourbon is less pronounced here, lending just a subtle note, well sublimated to the cognac.

22oz (thx, Ben M. D.!) @ Ryan's shared with Josh.
Aroma: mix of coconut and coffee, chocolate, some American oak.
Taste: along the same lines; really bold, thick, rich, and sweet; another amazing integration of coffee and coconut from MT.
Overall: another example that makes me crying of the fact that MT ceased it's barrel program 😬😭❤️

Poured from 650mL bottle. Near black with almost no beige head and some coconut sediment. Nice coconut, feint coffee, underlying bourbon, very nice balance, enjoyable.

Taste: along the same lines, dark fruits and sugars, fruity caramel candies, quite noticeable cognac barrel.
Overall: nice one 👍

Poured from 650mL bottle. Very dark brown with minimal off white head. Soft dark dried fruits with light cognac forward and mild bourbon underlay. There's a very feint phenolic hint that lingers after swallowing, but almost unnoticeable. Balanced, enjoyable.

Pillowy light tan head on a dark brown body. Nose is rich, with dark chocolate, roasted coffee, cherries and wood. The bourbon is there, but nicely integrated. The roasted coffee grows through the drink. Dark chocolate, molasses, dark fruit and a touch of chocolate fudge. A nice clean finish, which was unexpected.

Bottle shared in Malaysia, thank you Johnson. Poured almost black with little life. The aroma is roasty, nutty caramel. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a silky smooth, rich, oily, roasty, liquorice, earthy, chocolate, sweet vanilla palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.
Boozy, bourbon and chocolate, a touch roasty, some red berries, smooth, very nice.
