Taster at the taproom. Pours black, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is milk chocolate, chalk, light earth, and a bit of cigar smoke. Sweet and malty, with only a hint of hops. Light body, with an earthy, smooth mouthfeel. This is a solid black lager, but nothing too special.

Taster at the taproom. Pours a turbid, brown color, with a small, fleeting head. The aroma is brown sugar, tart cherries, and caramel. Very sweet, and lightly tart. Medium body, with an acidic, silky mouthfeel. This is a solid, and wonderfully cherry forward beer. Light drinking a slice of cherry pie.

Taster at the taproom. Pours a bright, yellow color, with a small, white head. Lemon gummies, mandarin oranges, Greek yogurt, apricots, and bread. Lightly bitter, and quite tangy. Light to Medium body, with a sharp, acidic mouthfeel. This is a wonderfully citrusy, tart beer.

Taster at the taproom. Pours a bright, pink color, with a medium, fizzy, white head. Smells like sea salt, mild red wine, vanilla, and white bread. Sweet and fruity, with a mellow tartness. Light to medium body, with a smooth, lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a delicious, vineous, and mellow sour.

Taster at the taproom. Pours a clear, amber color, with a small, tan head. The aroma is oak, rye, vanilla, chicory, and pine sap. Sweet flavor, with a crisp bitterness. Medium body, with a smooth, grainy, and kinda hard mouthfeel. This is a fun, assertive, and quality lager. Crisp, and flavorful.

Bottle from the sale rack at Salud, courtesy of Franco, thanks! Deep dark maroon brown color, beige head. Aroma has tannins, light spice, plums, prunes, coffee. Taste is sour plums, raisins, spice, fruity coffee. Best beer of the session.

Bottle thanks to Derek. Pours a hazy orange gold with small off white head that diminshes to nothing. The aroma is berry and yogurt. Thin body, berry, lacto, light tartness, decent.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong oak and funk. Thin body, funk, brett, oak, nice tartness, very good.
