Casita Brewing Company
Microbrewery
in Wilson,
North Carolina,
United States 🇺🇸
Associated Venue: Casita Brewing Company
Established in 2015
Casita started as a contract brewery at Hill Farmstead Brewery in Greensboro Vermont in 2015. In 2017, we moved this business to our home state of North Carolina, where we produced our beer at Duck-Rabbit Brewery in Farmville. In 2020, we are set to open our very own brewery and taproom in Mahalia's hometown of Wilson, NC. We will be open to the public by August 30th.
Over the years we have brewed over 50 different beers under the Casita name. Ryan is excited to bring this creativity to our new taproom, where we will be brewing some old favorites as well as some new beers we haven’t even dreamed of yet.
The logo for our brand is a letter 'C' in the shape of a little house. The 'C' of course stands for Casita, but it is our hope this 'C' will not only represent our brand, but a lot of our other favorite words that start with 'C', like craftsmanship, creativity, compassion, and community. These are the key principles of our business.

Pours black with a small tan head. It smells of chocolate, coffee, and roast malt. It has a very rich mocha infused flavor. Sweet, intense, and full bodied, this is a delicious beer.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 21/10/23. Hazed pinkish orange topped with a light faded crimson cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is strawberry yoghurt, citric zest, lemon rind, herb, sweet notes. Taste comprises sweet citric sherbets, raspberry coulee, candied lemon rinds, lactic tang, berry pips, sour fangs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering close. Okay but too sweet for my liking ... what is it with American sours these days ... make them fucking sour ... if you like sweet drink something else!
