On tap at Bold Rock. To me a very ordinary cider, but I’m not the biggest cider guy in the world. Apple starts sweet, but finishes a bit tart and dry.

On tap at Bold Rock. Apples abound. sweet and sour - not exactly, but a bit of tartness as well as a bit of sweetness. Ordinary, but drinkable.

On tap at Bold Rock. Apples, obviously, with a good hop bite. Lightly sweet with bits of grapefruit hops, pine, vanilla (perhaps). Tasty.

On tap at Bold Rock 12/5/15. Flavor is very apply, straightforward at first, but then has a nice light spice kick. Cinnamon and vanilla. Tasty.

Draft at Spacebar. Poured a clear, very light green-yellow hued color, like just a few drops of color in a clear liquid. Aroma was light tart apples. Light tart sweet notes. Not a lot of hop character. Tasty though.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Clear whitish yellow. Aromas of apples, light floral, soapy notes. Tastes of sugary notes, light tart apples. Light body with a dry finish. Very subtle as far as the hops go, easy drinking cider otherwise.

Sample during the 10th Annual Day Before Labor Day Party on 09/06/2015. Clear apple juice color with a minimal white head and spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and spice. Light-bodied and under-carbonated with flavors of mildly tart apples and spice. The finish is fruity with semi-sweet apple aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
