Pours pale yellow, watery with a pinkish hue. wild apple nose, quite stuffed with everything. Taste has some fermented apple juice, autumn and farmhouse barnyard. Not too sweet although sweetness is definitely there. Good one.

7 3 7 3 13 Draft at Walters and Grapa, Riga. Hazy dull golden peach with a white head. Aroma of red apples, earthy note and wood. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light sour touch. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at Walters & Grapa. Cloudy pink color white edge head. Nice earthy apple skin aroma. Taste is very fruity semi dry. Tasty.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 20.12.16. Clear pale yellow. Almost no lacing. Fine aroma of English cider apples. Similarly fine taste. Tartness balanced by moderate bitterness. Leather and a hint of smoke in aftertaste. Excellent!

Flaske fra Holmens importkoffert, direkte fra Riga, og delt med skibsrederen mens vørteren tappes: klar korngul med kort skum. Deilig eplearoma a la engelske ciderepler, og smaken er forførerisk elegant med et pepperkorn eller to helt i slutten. God sommerforfriskning for helårsbruk.
