Much lighter that I would have expected with that funky Brett nose. Light hay, sour apple fruit funk, heavy woody oak, vague sweetness, and I could be lying to myself but a little maple. The funk lingers. Little underwhelmed here. I was expecting more punch. Bottle from Premier Gourmet in Amherst.

A recommendation from the knowledgeable folk at Premier Gourmet in Buffalo. Pours a light golden, head dissipates quickly. Oh that sip is smooth. Tropical fruits and apple, mild, mild sour, over bright grassy malt. Man it's named just right, I could kill a few of these on a padio. I might have to drive over the boarder again to get another.

16 ounce can. Clear, pale gold color. Large rocky white head. Light biscuit malt aroma. Hints of lemon and passion fruit. Flavor is biscuit malt, mild citrus and grassy, herbal hops. Some peppery notes in finish. Despite the 70 IBU’s this is not a hop bomb. Nice balance and drinkability.

Draught at As Is: pours dark mahogany with beige head. Aroma is maple and a little bit of roast. Roasty and a bit bitter. Subdued sweetness. Nice finish.
