Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a fairly quickly dissipating off-white foamy head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: coffee roastiness, dark chocolate, some baker's chocolate and a touch of earthiness
Flavor: leans to the roasty side but allows a decent earthy sweetness underneath; finishes roasty with an ever so slight ashy sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also a little bit of grainy assertiveness
Overall: not bad for what it is but might have needed some oatmeal to smooth out the texture a bit

Can to snifter.
Appearance: burnt semi-dark copper with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to orangey to mango hoppiness with a light clean malt base
Flavor: mixes up the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet blend; finishes fairly dry and floral with a little bit of oranges
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper, some smoothness but once again enough dryness hitting the tongue
Overall: nice enough DIPA but it was dry enough, I definitely more water that night before I could go on to the next beer.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a two and a half fingers of beige head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: toasted nuts, light coffee, subtle earthy, caramel/toffee malts
Flavor: mildly blends the prior noted aromas together in a fair bitter to toasty and a touch of sweet sort of way; subtle finish of the caramel/toffee malts and earthiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but some grainy vibes sticking to my tongue
Overall: pretty good brown ale worthy of coming back to.

Can: pours hazy with white head. Aroma is floral, sort of ambiguously fruity. Taste is sweetish, low bitterness. Solid, but NY hops so got to deal with that.
