Draught @ Beer Street. Cloudy golden with large foamy whitish head, fruity aroma, high carbonation, slightly salty earthy malt taste with alcohol undertones, smooth body, long finish. Good brew, strong flavors and tastes.

Super excited about this brewery opening right in heart of Catskills where I do my training hikes but couldn’t wait to try somscooped at gingerman. Lighter gold pour sudsy head. Nose is lemon, grass, some ripe tropical fruit. Tastes of lemons, grassy, some candy, yeast, cantaloupe and light soft cheese. Some tartness and bit watery palate. Pretty crushable and decent.

Draft at Ginger Man. Murky pour with a thin head. Sheeting lace. Lots of floral and spice notes on the around with some yeast. Drinks sweet and clean. Like liquid potpourri. Refreshing. Mild sticky. A tinge dry. Pretty good.

Draught @ The Well. Hazy dark yellow with large foamy whitish head, orange peel aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter orange peel taste with a hint of mango, smooth body, medium finish. Quite mellow and easy to drink.

Owl Farm: pours hazy orange yellow with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruit and hefty grapefruit. Taste is citrusy with some other kinds of fruit like mango in there. Moderately bitter finish. Quite dry.
