Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: dark yellow to copper color with some transparency about it and a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet grassy to lemony tart with some sweet hay and tart citrusy character, subtle tart woody tones, light vinous accent
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fine sour to tart quality initially then a light sweetness comes in underneath; finishes slightly lemony and hay-like with a kiss of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper; some smoothness but also some dry vinous tartness nipping at the tongue
Overall: nicely done tart saison bordering on being a sour saison.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark brown to black color with a two and a half fingers of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, some vanilla and sweet cracker malts; lighter whiff of caramel further down in there
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a nice sweet to semi-bitter and an underscore of a toasted hint which all rolls up into one nice character; finishes semi-sweet through the chocolate tones with a touch of dryness
Texture: medium bodied, slight sessionability; pretty smooth along the tongue; subtle dryness along the tongue
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done porter I would have again.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: copper/purple color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: red raspberry sweet to tart scents; light lemon notes; subtle sour-ish character
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine tart to sweet then underscored by some sweetness; finishes tart to sweet raspberry toned
Texture: light to medium bodied, nice as a sipper as some tart to sour features nip at the tongue
Overall: nicely done raspberry sour ale worth of coming back to.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: maple syrup, earthy tones then a sweeter side to the earthy tones, toasted nuts and some caramel/tofffe malts
Flavor: seems to try to balance the prior noted aromas however I believe this beer ends up leaning towards the sweet side then finishes with the maple syrup and a touch of smoke
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, good smoothness along the tongue
Overall: a very nicely done brown ale I would want to have again.

Can into English pint glass.
Appearance: black in the glass with a two and a half fingers of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: salty to mineral, slightly briney-like scents over top of a roasty black coffee to dark chocolatey base malt
Flavor: wraps the prior noted aromas to a nice salty savory tone to bitter and roasty quality; finishes more towards the stout base with the salty/briney vibe just a wee bit lowered
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being sessionable, there's a light smoothness to this beer but not too much as the salt does leave it's stains on the tongue
Overall: as far as I know I think was a good oyster stout it's worthy of coming back to.

16oz can I took to-go from the Kingston location. Looks awesome, translucent brick red, thick and creamy off white head. Nose has grist, some caramel, pine, soap, cracker. Lightly vegetal but not off putting. Flavor doubles down. Dried citrus rind, pine is there but not as strong, some soap. Malt comes through more earthy with brown sugar than the nose. Well rounded. Some bite of bitterness, but the medium body is spot on. Pretty well made.

Translucent dark gold with some lacey white head. Some honey, a bit of biscuit, citrus peel and pine on the nose. Some clear grain, chewy biscuit with grapefruit, pine and hand soap over the top. Delightfully old school. Tight too. Medium bodied, dry, bitter finish.
