16 oz. draft at Brick & Ash, Newburyport. Cloudy orange lacy head. Mild citrus, sweet backbone. Grainy finish, spent grain. A bit to sweet but I liked it better colder.

From my brother: pours golden with white head. Aroma is sweet tree fruit and malt. Taste is on the sweeter end of things. Pleasant. Fruity aftertaste. Nice session. Seems to be more or less on style.

375mL bottled 6/9/17, drunk 2/10/18.
Juju yellow, clear with an immediately-fizzling white head.
Lemongrass and light Brett-like citrus complement each other and are backed/softened by biscuity wheat notes. Maybe a bit too much lime, which is concerning given the eight months of age on it....No oyster or salinity/funk/brine, but that's pretty standard for oysters. Otherwise, no alcohol or flaw. Pretty mellow, not really bursting with any Sacch. character; the Brett and lime really do the most work here, to varying degrees of success.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, well-attenuated and the combination of citrusy Brett and actual lime is still quite heavy but not quite overbearing. Carbonation is just a bit loose. No alcohol or flaw. Nothing fancy or terribly interesting, but respectably clean and refreshing.

Draught at Ginger Man, 2/6/18.
Cloudy, soft plum flesh-colored body topped by a white head that fades steadily to a ring.
Tart and lactic in the nose with very light fruit acidity. Kettle sour-esque but still nice with no punchy/dominant lactic acidity. Light white bread-like malts behind it, with well-integrated plum characteristics. No alcohol or flaw.
Sweet but drying through the middle with plum sugars, minor skin-like acidity/astringency and low but tight carbonation. Not sour and barely even tart with very low appearance on the lactic character in the flavor. Quite impressive there. Plums actually do a ton of work and probably contribute more to the aroma than I realized. Fuzzy, soft and a great overall balance. No hop character, no alcohol, nothing weird or off. Plum juice is so nicely integrated here.

Pours an opaque grapefruit juice color from a tap. Grapefruit, a bit of sour or funky aroma and flavor, musty cardboard. Thin, watery. Meh.

Tap at Salty Pig, Boston. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, some grain, sweetness and some malts. Very watery and too sweet also. Quite bad kolsch. Only good point in this beer is that watery beers are good with salty pizza which I am going to have next.

4 oz. draft at Maine Beer Cafe, Kittery. Dark black appearance. Aroma of earthy chocolate. The flavor is smooth, earthy cocoa, light and easy to drink. Mild salty / brine hint. (Or maybe the t is just my imagination) Good body for such a low ABV stout. Very easy drinking!

Pours a hazy amber from a can, head dissipates quickly with no lacing. Grapefruit/orange aroma, similar flavor. Good, a little thin. Okay beer.

Draught at Ginger Man Boston, 7/12 and The Guild, 9/2/17.
Clear, bright, beeswax and goldenrod yellow body shows plentiful carbonation and a fluffy white head that shows moderate retention.
Fresh yeast adds a plethora of minerality as the malt adds a snappy graininess to it that is softly balanced by light honey-like notes from the malt, as well. Proper hopping with noble hops or something akin, showing no pine/grapefruit/resin/orange or any of that jazz. Just fresh cut grass and herbs. No alcohol or flaw.
Crisp, clean, clear and full of mineral water-like notes with fresh yeast, light baked bread and plentiful, but well-attenuated honey-like malt notes. Snappy hops add flavorful grass and herbs with gentle bitterness and there's a proper grainy character on the finish that is quenching and crisp, keeping the beer dry and drinkable. Moderate, engaging carbonation with no flaw or alcohol. Immaculately brewed and highly flavorful stuff. Wonderfully-done to-style. Man do I have to get down to this brewery.

Pours a yellow-green from a bottle, thin white head. Skunky aroma along with some tropical fruit, similar flavor, oily mouthfeel, a little barnyard funk. Meh.
