Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter very vinius flavor. Slightly alcoholic and not that many hefe esters. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

0.5l bottle. Hazy dark orange body, thin white head. Aroma of overriped apples, cloves, yeast, reisins and some booze. Taste of peach, banana, cloves, dates and booze. Quite sweet and thick. Very heavy weizenbock, but I like it.

Bottle at the NYE tasting in Beerville pub in Belgrade-Serbia, 31/12/2015. Pours cloudy golden (dark), NO foam at all! Meh. Nose: traces of diacetyl (!), butter pastry and cookies. Mouth: not unpleasant but flat and with a confusing sweetness. Maybe a bad bottle?

Bottle at Szimpla Kert, Budapest. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, fruity resin hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light sweet toffee malt, yeast, citrus, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. This really wasn’t half bad at all. I’d normally turn my nose up at something like this but not this time.

Bottle at Szimpla Kert, Budapest. Poured a hazy medium brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is sweet malt, mineral, some yeast and and alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet with a sweet fruit, woody hop bitter, warm alcohol palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Really liked this. Lots of alcohol but it was in the background and contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment.

Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Lightly golden with a decent off white covering that slowly dissipates. Nose is pale malt, cereal, vanilla, bready. Taste comprises mellow fruit, pale malt, bread, grain, straw, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so.
