As a fox lover, it was inevitable that I would try this brewery. Föhn means hairdryer and I can honestly say this tastes 10x better than a Föhn. Incredible example of the style. Aside: I wonder if Salem, CT was as horrid as Salem, MA?

Draught at Blind Tiger: pours bright red with white head. Aroma is grapes, musty. Taste is sweet, lightly sour, loads of grapes. Not too acidic. Good.

Bottle thanks to Michael. Pours a cloudy ruby with small pinkish white head that lasts. The aroma is strong raspberry, cherry, oak. Slick body, cherry, raspberry, light funk, nice tartness, very nice.
