A golden ale with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, a rather strong butterscotc with fruity esters, and caramel. In mouth, a smooth caramel malt with oily mouthfeel, nutty, so-so. On tap at ROC Empire Brewfest, Feb. 19 2011.

A dark reddish copper brown IPA with a thin creamy moka head. In aroma, nice floral citrusy hops over soy sauce and caramel malts. In mouth, a smooth sweet chocolate malt with resinous floral hops, citrusy, quite nice and enticing, oily mouthfeel, rich and smooth. On tap at ROC Empire Brewfest, Feb. 19 2011.
