Description
Twin Elephant Brewing Company's vision is to offer an extremely fresh variety of high quality, handcrafted ales and lagers brewed mindfully with locally sourced ingredients when available. Our portfolio of beers are not restricted in style or flavor but will have a decided focus on all the classic styles that we have enjoyed drinking for a decade and a half. Our vision is for our patrons to enjoy these unique local beers in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere that augments their tasting experience and to share their thoughts with each other as well as us so we can continually improve.

Twin Elephant Brewing Company is founded by three partners with the dream of turning their passion for brewing craft beers into an exciting shared adventure with the local community. Scott McLuskey & Tim Besecker have been homebrewing together for over 10 years starting, like most folks do, in the garage and for the last 5 years Cindy DeRama has joined the crew with a proclivity for recipe formulation using unique ingredients. Throughout the years we have honed our craft, learning and practicing the artistry and science of brewing. All three of us have entrepreneurial experience through both education and acting as key cogs in several small businesses throughout the years.

Pretty good west coast IPA, of the kind you don't see done so well much among these parts. Soft pine and grapefruit aroma, though it doesn't kick as hard as some of the classics. Clear golden pour with decent head. Light bitter end. Can thanks to Carlos.

Juicy, grassy, a little bitter. Very enjoyable.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Murky orange gold pour. Frothy white head. Clinging lace. Aroma of strawberry, passion fruit and mild citrus. Flavor is bready malt, grapefruit, red fruit, lime and orange. Sticky mouthfeel. Some booziness in middle. Dank citrus finish.

Very fruity, dry in the backend. Citrus, hoppy. Decent. Could be better.

Poyet.

Draft at Paragon, 8/1/24. Unclear rusty gold, thin head. Grapefruit, overripe mango, caramel, and booze. On the dry side. A little boozy. Full bodied. Pretty good. Almost leans toward American Barley Wine. 7/4/8/3/16

Draft at Twin Elephant, 8/1/24. Light-medium brown color. Sweet malt, caramel and toffee, earth, grains. Drinks sweet, with a lightly smoked note to the close. Tons of flavor and body for something this ABV. Good stuff. 8/4/7/4/16

16 oz can from the brewery, 8/7/24. Pours a mostly clear, very fizzy reddish color with a thin head that quickly dissipates to nothing. Tart and a little sweet cherry juice aroma and flavor with a bit of underlying yeast and wheat notes. Tons of cherry flavor here. Just a hint medicinal on the close. Fizzy feel. Pretty well made overall. 7/4/8/3/16

Draft at Twin Elephant, 8/1/24. Fully hazy yellowish, white head, fairly strong lace. Big grapefruit on the aroma with some stone fruit and orange as well. Oat IPA-style feel. Decently dry close. Not my favorite Nosh, despite my usual love for all things NZ hop, but still a nice one.
