Keg at the brewery tap, Brooklyn, 19/04/23. Almost clear golden yellow topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is pale malts, straw, light bread notes, grains. Taste comprises pale and bready malts, herb, hedgerow, cereals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent Helles.

Taste comprises grapefruit, , orange zest, light dank spike, pine needle, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. A more than decent easy drinking and approachable IPA.

Taste comprises citric tinged straw, herb, melon, modest citric zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not unpleasant by any means but on the bland side of things.

Taste comprises crisp malts, herb, straw, grains, light bready tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough clean drinking pils.

On tap at George Keeley. Pours a hazy orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and light melon with a bit of sweet grain underlying. Flavor has citrus and mango with light grass, melon and grains backing.

On tap at the Red Hook location. Pours a clear gold with a slight copper hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has herbal pine and grass with a bit of an earthy grain backbone. Flavor had earthy pine and wet grass with a bit of bread supporting.

On tap at the Red Hook location. Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a nice rich, meaty smoke with a bit of some sweet grain and bread notes supporting. Flavor has a nice rich, slightly sweet smoke with grains and bread backing.
