At Red Hook: pours peachy with a white head. Aroma is strawberry and some straw and herbs. Taste is lightly sweet with pleasant strawberry notes and a noticeable light saison backbone.

Draught at source: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is grassy, sort of lemony. Very vaguely like an IPA. Taste is lightly bitter, sort of sweet. Light fruit. NY hops work OK with this.
