12oz bottle-pours a big, rich, foamy off white/tan head. Gold/orange color with effervescence. Aroma is lively grain with a hint of hops. Taste is mild grain with a little flatness, that has a bite. Hops comes through , creamy.

12oz bottle-pours a big, rich light brown head. Color is black. Aroma is coffee, roasty malt. Taste is coffee, milky, smoke, roasty malt. Thick in the mouth. Nice, but not my style.

Bottle. Pours golden amber with a very large head. It looks nice and refreshing. Aroma is very pleasant for a pils. Some lush floral untertones mixed in with some citrus. Flavor is decent too (I’m not a huge pils guy). Stars slightly peachy almost and then lingers and transforms into a dryish lemongrasslike flavor. Pretty damn hoppy as well... hey, nothin wrong with that! One of the better pilseners I’ve sampled.

Thanks to Dorwart for the trade. Deep black with a compact dark beige head. Lacing is thin with sheeting action. Aroma of espresso and nuts. Rich smooth body with a semi-sweet flavor of milk chocolate and coffee primarily. Some malt and hops in the background too. The finish is sweet and a little chalky at first, but more cocoa-like later. Pretty enjoyable when all is said and done.

Bottle. Pretty brownish amber with a small, think tanish head. Lots of maltiness in the nose. Flavor... this is where we come to a strange and thoughtful pause. Where my initial reaction was that I thought this was preety bad, as it warmed, I started to enjoy it. Flavors of dandelions, lettuce, cabbage, and hay all mixed in together really stand out. Definitely scored an additional point for being original, but I’m still not looking forward to trying another.

Bottle. Dark brown with a nice-sized head. Aromas of milk chocolate... almost smells like chocolate milk- with hints of raisens and licorice. The flavor is full of rich deep chocolates, coffees, and a hint of caramel. Reminds me a bit of the Milk Stout, which I happen to love.

Bottle. Amber in color with a nice, pretty head. Sweet hoppy aroma- some floral, citrus, and pine... nice. Flavor is full of bittersweet cascade hops- but not overdone by any means. In fact, it’s nicely balanced- with a hint of tasty malts. A very nice beer.

On draught 10/8/2005 at Kennett. Wow, well one sample of this was as much as I could stand to drink, so that will certainly have to suffice. Pours a murky, cherry-amber-rust color. Not sure why they decided to add darker malts to this. No head, no bubbles, terribly unappealing. Smells of rust, b vitamins, cardboard. Just intensely oxidized. Flavor is right there with the aroma, undrinkable. Huge amounts of bready, astringent cardboard oxidation. Metallic and putrid on the finish. Watery, flat, loose mouthfeel. Just a mockery that the brewers would have brought this. Unless they were trying to show off how bad a beer they could make. Wouldnt have known what to think of this in a blind taste test. Not identifiable as any real style. Just pure oxidation.

Deep dark brown, nearly black, with a small head. Smell of roasted, toasted malts. Flavor is slightly sweet, but not overly. Losta burnt malts in the mouth too. Tasty.

Bottle. Pours pretty golden with a small head. Smell of a strawberry candy in the nose- not as fkae-smelling as Pete’s strawberry brew, but doesn’t smell real either. Flavor is more wheaty than fruity. Kinda plain and bland.
