16 oz can from Paragon, 5/8/26. Fully hazy yellowish-orange color, thin head. Pineapple, peach, melon, pepper, and grapefruit rind. Tasty up front. Kind of an odd bitter / rind thing on the finish, but still pretty good overall.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: ruby red toned to semi-rugged brown color with a thin cap of a little white foamy head which dissipated fairly quick, no lace.
Aroma: dark fruits, caramel, almond butter (uhmmm, weird but okay), treacle, sweet leather, some nuts and light honey
Flavor: mildly sweet through the prior noted aromas with a touch dry semi-spicy undertones; mild earthy to nutty to that almond butter-ish aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, some smoothness on the tongue but some invasive dryness closing down any possible cloying qualities; finishes dry, semi-spicy and semi-sweet
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done English barleywine I would come back to. I didn't mind the almond butter thing, just different than what I expected and I ended up liking it.

Can to chalice.
Appearance: dark brown color with a quickly dissipating little white head, no lace
Aroma: dark cherries & plums, candied apricots, caramel & toffee malts, brown sugar, Belgian yeasty tones, some earthy spices and some dark bread
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together semi-sweet with a balancing spice to it; brisk aftertaste of Belgian spicy yeastiness and dark fruits
Texture: light to medium bodied, great sipper. Clean yet that Belgiany "back-of-the-throat" pulling quality which grips my tongue the way I expected it, finishes semi-spicy with dark fruity sweetness
Overall: despite how the look may have turned out - yes a bit flat, the aromas & flavors ended up pulling through. I'd have again and hope CM gets that carbonation issue fixed.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two finger off white foamy head which slid off at a nice pace to leave some light lace.
Aroma: milk chocolate, sweet coffee, light roasted coffee beans, sweet cream and some vanilla
Flavor: blends all of those flavors together to a fine sweet and roasty quality, mild aftertaste of chocolate and coffee sweetness
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper, pretty creamy smooth along the tongue, finishes very creamy and smooth chocolatey sweetness
Overall: nicely done dessert porter and they pulled it off without anything cloying in the entire beer! Right on, Czeig Meister!

Can from Paragon, 7/3/25. Pours a fully hazy yellowish-orange color with a white head and heavy, coating lacework. Mango, melon, orange juice, and some pineapple. Sweet, but not overly so. Smooth. Great mouthfeel. Fun, tasty, really well-made hazy.
