ON TAP at the restaurant.

Head: white, medium, frothy, avg. retention. Colour: straw, clear.

Aroma: faintly lemony.

Taste: light, malt sweetness, light faint fruitiness, slight bitterness.

Quite light bodied, but clean and crisp.

Draught at Caru cu Bere, Bucharest. Clear golden, small head. Some butter and hay in the nose. Mid sweet with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. A light blanket of hay-like hops covers the straightforward, rather shallow body. Slight bitterness. Seems like a fair attempt to do something good at an industrial brewing plant.

On tap at the restaurant with same name in Bucharest. Yellow clear appearance, white foamy head, slightly moldy taste, mild carbonation, abrupt finish.
