Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Alexey. 4.7%. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of bready yeast, grains, bubblegum, banana and a citric note. Sweetish and slightly sourish flavor with bready yeast, banana, a citric note and a light phenolic note. Medium-bodied. Easy-drinking. Tastes more like a German Weizen.

Flavor is slightly sweetish, grainy, with a sourish note and light bitterness with a bit of grass. Light-bodied. Seems it’s starting to go bad, but still drinkable.
