Keg at Casc, Aberdeen. It pours cloudy orange with minimal head. The aroma is sweet - sour, grassy, doughy white bread, sponge cake, hay, floral, sweaty, green and touch of plastic. The taste is crisp dry, tart, funk, kick of acidity, grassy, straw, citrus peel, floral, light pepper, gooseberry, grape skin, spice and some mouldy blue cheese with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. I am not sold on the sour flavour combo with Germanic hop character.

Keg at Casc, Aberdeen. It pours opaque black with triumphant light tan head. The aroma is earthy, toasty, bitter - sweet, chocolate cake, creamy, jammy berry, roasted malt and sachertorte. The taste is dry, tart, tangy, roasted malt, jammy berry, chocolate cake, almost vinous, good mouth - pucker, liquorice root, coffee grounds and berry skin with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Dark sours are a hard thing to do righ and get the balance, but this one has. Tasty stuff.
